Hi, and welcome to Cooking with Swamy. I've had a few people request some of my recipes lately, so instead of repeatedly typing them up and sending e-mails I've decided to create this page. Here I will post various recipes, but only as I make them, so they will appear slowly--or maybe quickly if I cook a lot. The special thing about this page and anything contained herein is that all recipes will have a photographic guide so you can follow along and feel like you're actually IN my kitchen.

Recipes will appear here with the newest first, and older ones further down the page. There's also a handy little set of links right below this paragraph to help you quickly jump to the recipe that interests you. Chicken Tortilla Soup (Added 07/29/2006)
	This delicious soup is thick and spicy with diced tomatoes and little chunks of chicken. It's a little on the expensive side to make, but the recipe will produce about four quarts of soup. It also takes about two hours to fully cook, but it's well worth the wait (in my opinion). If you've ever been to Max & Erma's, it tastes very similar to their chicken tortilla soup. It's little spicy, but you can adjust the recipe to fit your tastes.
Black Olive and Green Pepper Pizza on a Honey Wheat Crust (Added 08/22/2006)
	The main part of this recipe is the pizza crust, however I felt it was appropriate to make an entire pizza since I had already made the crust. The recipe for the dough is enough to make one 12-14" pizza (depending on how thick you like the crust), I make mine using whole wheat flour and I add a little honey to it for some sweetness. This pizza is one of my vegetarian pizzas and uses the relatively inexpensive ingredients of black olives, green peppers, tomatoes, and an italian cheese mix.
